An American dry white wine that is clean, crisp and subtle.
Pairs well with seafood or fowl.
2-4 Trout Fillets
1 Lemon - Sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay trout filets out on aluminum foil, (cut large enough to seal as pouch). Season to taste. Place lemon slices evenly over fillets, topping each slice of lemon with a thin pat of butter or margarine. Fold tin foil to seal pouch tightly. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
